The Malbec for this distinguished wine is sourced from the rocky, well-drained vineyards of Barrancas. It boasts elegant aromas of violets, black plums, and cocoa, with soft tannins and a vibrant acidity that create a beautifully balanced finish.

Black Cow Cheddar (200g) – a deluxe, full fat cheddar made using the milk of cows that graze the fields surrounding their West Dorset farm. This indulgent cheddar is matured for 12 months in a thick black wax giving it an intense and rich flavour with a delightful crumbly texture. A Barbury Hill favourite!
Darling Howe Brie (230g) - made using only organic milk from Jersey Friesian cows, Darling Howe is a wonderfully creamy, oozy cheese.
