The fruit for this sparkling wine is sourced from a single vineyard situated between the Orwell and Stour estuaries in Suffolk. This Charmat (or tank method) sparking is blended from a range of grape varieties – most planted in the 90’s and the Chardonnay in 2010. The unique blend delivers a quality sparkling wine that is fruit forward with notes of green apple, stone fruit with a dry and refreshing finish.
