Buffalo Blue (180g) – Buffalo Blue is a luxuriously smooth and creamy blue cheese crafted from the finest milk sourced exclusively from a single British herd of Italian water buffalo. Its taste profile is beautifully balanced, offering a rich blue flavour that’s enhanced by a velvety, light texture.
