Salmon pink with exuberant bubbles, bright berry fruit, ripe peach, and cherry blossom. This is a traditional method sparkling for all occasions that wonderfully assured in its own company or at the centre of an English picnic rug.
Harvested between 28th September – 20 October 2017 with 4 years in the bottle before being disgorged.
Varieties: Pinot Noir 66% / Pinot Meunier 24% / Chardonnay 10%
ABV: 12%
