An exceptional traditional method sparkling wine that’s straw gold in colour with vibrant, fine bubbles. The palate has orchard fruit, citrus and brioche with a long-lasting, dry finish.
Varieties: 50% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Gris and 11% Pinot Meunier
6.5 years extended lees maturation.

A still white wine with a floral aroma, a fruity fusion including lime on the palate and a crisp finish. Created from Madeleine Angevine and Seyval Blanc grape varieties. ABV: 11%
Nethercote Hill 2018
The summer of 2018 left a legacy well after the long, warm summer days had faded and was well suited to producing a great harvest for reds. Nethercote Hill 2018 is a true reflection of this fantastic harvest. With light tannings, oak undertones and a deliciously rich cherry hint on the pallet. 11.5% ABV.
