Is there anything more special than a picky weekend lunch of cured meats, small-batch cheeses, a hand-raised pork pie, fresh bread, homemade chutney and juicy vine tomatoes? We don’t think so. As the seasons change and autumn descends, there’s little that brings us more comfort than topping a chunky piece of bread with a generous helping of soft cheese and the autumnal colours of a rustic chutney. And that’s why we’ve launched our newest Barbury Box, The Weekend Lunch Collection.

Inspired by our, and your, love of a special lunch, The Weekend Lunch Collection is a delicious box of handpicked products. This is small batch food and drink that’s big on taste and flavour. Ideal as a special birthday gift for a foodie or a pick-me-up for time-poor new parents, it’s as versatile as it is delicious. So while it’s perfect for a weekend lunch, we’d be equally happy tucking in for a midweek lunch, get-together with friends, or an easy supper.
Just like our other Barbury Boxes, the Weekend Lunch Collection is packed with carefully chosen artisan produce from some of our favourite British producers. Complex artisan cheeses combine wonderfully well with a sharing platter of cured meats, vine tomatoes, fresh bread, chutney and a refreshing, traditional lemonade. From the intensely rich and crumbly Black Cow Cheddar to the delicate citrus notes and buttery softness of the Organic Three Hills Brie, the artisan cheese is a perfect complement to the platter of cured meats by Chiltern Charcuterie and the Apple Chutney from Well Preserved.
