An exceptional traditional method sparkling wine that’s straw gold in colour with vibrant, fine bubbles. The palate has orchard fruit, citrus and brioche with a long-lasting, dry finish.
Varieties: 50% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Gris and 11% Pinot Meunier
6.5 years extended lees maturation.
ABV: 12%

Corallian Classic Cuvée NV 2019
All fruit for this wine is sourced from a single site in rural Dorset that benefits from a microclimate and sheltered south-facing slope. This is outstanding English Sparkling that is Chardonnay dominant and citrus led. It is fresh and lively with citrus, gooseberry and green apple aromas and flavours. There's nice minerality too and balanced acidity. A Barbury Hill favourite.
